As a Registered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC Reg: PYL35386) with experience working with people across the lifespan, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My approach is informed by contemporary psychoanalytic theory and is grounded in evidence-based trauma-informed care. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) & Mentalisation Based Treatment (MBT) therapeutic modalities.

In my work, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals understand past experiences and present difficulties. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and personal agency to facilitate growth and change, and I am committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for the individuals seeking help.

Training & Experience

My training and experience have equipped me with the skills necessary to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and complex trauma.

I have worked in NHS settings supporting adults with complex emotional challenges, women, men and birthing people in the perinatal period, children under 5 and adolescents.

I strive to provide compassionate and evidence-based treatment to meet the unique needs of each person.

I am also a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy trainee at a Doctoral level with the University of Exeter and training member of the British Psychotherapy Foundation (bpf).

I completed part of my psychoanalytic training with the Complex Trauma Service of the Tavistock Clinic in Hampstead.
